The Resource Navigator provides immediate resource navigation, referrals, and practical support to guests accessing services at The Marie Equi Center. This role works closely with front desk staff, peer staff, and community partners to help individuals identify available supports, complete applications and basic intakes, and connect to both internal and external resources.

This position emphasizes responsiveness, accessibility, relationship-building, and trauma-informed customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, grounded in anti-oppressive values, and comfortable supporting individuals navigating housing instability, healthcare barriers, behavioral health needs, and complex systems.
